REFUNDS
* Refunds are not guaranteed once a project has started
* Payments made for completed work are non-refundable
* Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
In general, refunds are not provided for:
* Completed design work
* Approved milestones
* Delivered files or services

CANCELLATION
* If a project is cancelled after work has started, payment for completed work is non-refundable
* Any advance payment may be adjusted based on the work completed
* Cancellation must be communicated clearly via email or WhatsApp
We reserve the right to cancel a project if:
* The client fails to provide required information
* There is no communication for a long period
* Terms of agreement are not followed

PARTIAL PAYMENTS
If partial payments are made:
* Each payment is considered for the work completed
* Remaining balance may be required before final delivery
* Work will be paused if payments are not completed as agreed

CHANGES & AGREEMENT
* All refund and cancellation terms are discussed before starting a project
* By proceeding with a project, you agree to these terms
